Ygrek’s work represents the confluence point between the four elements. The water, because the waveforms remind us of the lines at the bottom of a swimming pool. The fire, because paradoxically this pool with its fresh colours was made while the sun was raising the thermometer to almost 40°C. The air, because the regular curves of the letters also recall the floating of a flag in the wind. And finally the earth, because this fresco was made on the ground.
